What we actually do
We are not a vendor list.
We are the people who decide how the day feels, and then make it happen.
Every celebration we take on starts from the same question: what should this feel like at seven in the evening? Everything after that is engineering in service of that answer. The florals, the floor plan, the order of the speeches.
We take a deliberately small number of projects a year. One event per weekend, one lead planner, one crew that has worked together long enough to read the room without a radio.

How it goes
Conversation
We start with a call and no deck. What the day should feel like, who is travelling, what you would rather never think about again.
Concept
You receive a direction: palette, materials, plan of the room, references. One idea argued properly, instead of five safe ones.
Curation
We assemble the team. Florals, food, sound, stationery, film, every supplier briefed against the same visual language.
Choreography
A minute by minute run sheet, a site plan and a rehearsal. The version of the day where nothing is left to be figured out live.
The Day
Our crew is on site before the flowers and leaves after the last van. You are a guest at your own celebration.

FAQ
Things people ask first.
Most couples come to us nine to eighteen months out. We take a limited number of full planning projects each year, and dates in the December to February and July to August seasons tend to close earliest. Do ask anyway, because we hold a small window for short notice work.
